Neruda Productions is proud to present a much anticipated reunion — a concert that is part of their North American tour, Inti-Illimani Historico in concert, October 8th 2010 at the GIG Theatre.

Featuring: Inti-Illimani Historico

For over four decades Inti-Illimani's music has intoxicated audiences around the globe. In 2007, Inti-Illimani celebrated its 40th anniversary.

Wedded in traditional Latin American roots and playing on more than 30 wind, string and percussion instruments, Inti-Illimani's compositions are a treasure for the human spirit.

Their mellifluous synthesis of instrumentals and vocals captures sacred places, people's carnivals, daily lives, loves and pains that weave an extraordinary cultural mural.

MaCondo Quartet has come out of the collaboration of young musicians that share love and passion for Jazz and World Music. Each individual and unique personality brings their own talent and experience. This shows in the end result of "IGNITED", their first CD, where you can clearly perceive the musical disipline of artists involved.

A great initiative started in 2011, BE, or the Belonging & Empowering program—provided training for New Canadian and Emerging artists in areas such as Marketing & PR, Portfolio Development, Presentation, Networking, Professional Development, and more… Stay tuned – we’re expanding the program in 2012.
